美国银行的总裁、董事和公司（英語：The President, Directors and Company, of the Bank of the United States），通常被称为美国第一银行（英語：First Bank of the United States），是一家由美国国会于1791年2月25日特许经营20年的美国国家银行。美国第一银行紧随美国第一家事实上的中央银行——北美银行而成立。
